5. FEES

5.1 To be considered an entry in the event, a boat shall complete all registration requirements and pay all 

fees. The event booking form will be available on the Class web site from early January 2027.

5.2 Competitors who are under 18 before and including the last date of the regatta must have a

declaration form completed by their parent or guardian before they will be allowed to compete. This 

applies to helms and crews.

5.3 Competitors shall declare their World Championship category (see NoR 4.2) and fleet grading when 

entering. The guidelines for fleet selection are noted in the Additional Information section appended 

to this NoR.

5.4 Eligible boats may enter by completing the attached entry form and submitting it, together with a 

non-refundable deposit of £100 sterling to the World Championship event section of the 

International GP14 Class Association web site www.gp14.org

5.5 The balance of £370 shall be paid to the Int GP14 Class Association. This balance shall be available to 

be paid between Jan 1st 2028 and Feb 29th 2028. Entries received after the 29th of February 2028, 

but before the closing date, will incur a late fee of an additional £100, taking the total to £470.

For boats sailing with one youth sailor as helm (see NoR 4.2d for criteria), the entry fee will be 

discounted by 25%. Until February 29th 2028, £235 thereafter £352.50.

For boats sailing with two youth sailors, the entry fee will be discounted by 50%. Until February 29th 

2028 £185, thereafter £277.50.

5.6 The closing date for entries is midnight on Sunday, July 16th, 2028.

5.7 Cancellation of entry will incur a cancellation cost, which is detailed on the entry form and in the 

additional information section after the end of this Notice of Race.

5.8 The fee covers entrance to all social events.

2. Details of terms of cancellation

If a competitor wishes to cancel their entry, then.

1. Additional top-up entry fees are 100% refundable minus admin costs of £50 until February 29th, 2028.

2. From 1st of March 2028 to 1st of May 2028, the entry fee is 50% refundable minus admin costs of £50.

3. After the 1st of May, 2028 the entry fee is not refundable.

4. All notifications of cancellation must be made in writing (an email is sufficient) to the International GP14 Class Association office before the date specified above (admin@GP14.org )

5. In case of Force Majeure, the event can be cancelled, and additional top-up entry fees and deposits will be refunded.
