The boat travels on a good quality combi-trailer, which has an extra-long towbar to clear a rear-hung spare wheel or estate-car rear door. The bearings and tyres were replaced about 5 years ago. The manufacture code on the tyres is 3918.
It also has a towing spreader bar to be kind to the hull when tying it to the roadbase, a boom up cover (quite good) and a flat towing cover (quite old), and a 2kg anchor pus chain in a bag, a spare unused road wheel with tyre and a spare trolley wheel with tyre, plus a very high quality LED lighting board with 7 pin plug.
We are the second owners of the boat, the first owner being a sailing school in the Midlands where the boat saw only fresh water. We’ve owned it for about 17 years.
It’s been used for training or cruising all it’s life, and it has been improved over time to make it convenient for cruising and has been maintained to a high standard. It is as simply rigged as possible, so very suitable as a cruising boat and can be assembled from towing to be ready to sail very quickly, or packed up quickly and towed home.
The boat has been sailed continuously and all systems are in working order.
It can be seen, and trial sailed at a sailing club in North East Hampshire UK.
